Steph graduated with their Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) in 2020, and has enjoyed working as a myotherapist since then. As a clinical myotherapist, Steph has extensive training in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and conditions. Their treatment techniques include exercise prescription, education around the nature of injuries, pain, and the recovery process, soft tissue mobilisation, cupping, and muscle energy techniques.
As a practitioner, Steph is passionate about providing their patients with information and treatment options targeted at achieving their goals. With a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, musculoskeletal pathologies, and the neuroscience of pain, Steph is well suited to provide their patients with a treatment approach that considers the individual as a whole. Steph is committed to providing their patients with treatment plans based on the best available evidence, tailored to suit their patients’ individual needs.
In their free time, Steph enjoys going to the gym, practicing yoga, and losing spectacularly in board games with their friends and family.
