This promotion entitles registered Geelong United Basketball VJBL players to 20% off an initial physiotherapy consultation at Corio Bay Health Group Geelong. The following terms and conditions apply:

Eligibility & Redemption

• Only redeemable at Corio Bay Health Group Geelong on an initial physiotherapy consultation.
• Offer only redeemable by new patients to Corio Bay Health Group Geelong.
• Offer available to registered Geelong United Basketball VJBL players. Proof of membership must be presented at the time of appointment to redeem the offer.
• Offer can be redeemed once per patient.
• Discount is applied before any private health insurance claim is processed.
