Ross Piper


Ross graduated from the Latrobe University in 1993. Since then, he has worked in a variety of roles, both in Australia and internationally. These were principally in injury and surgical rehabilitation management and sports injury clinics.

Ross has an active interest in physical conditioning in the presence of chronic pain conditions; being certified in the University of Sydney’s Brief Pain self-management Program. He has a special interest in Aquatic Physiotherapy (hydrotherapy) previously completing the Certificate of Aquatic Physiotherapy in Valens, Switzerland and then the Level 3 Aquatic Physiotherapy certificate, Australia’s highest Aquatic credentialed course.

Ross considers himself a ‘generalist’ with an interest in shoulder, hip and lower back complaints. He is a 30-year surfer, a very average runner and skateboarder, and is now an avid cyclist. Ross has a growing interest in strength and conditioning in rehabilitation practice.

Ross is currently consulting at the Waurn Ponds Clinic Monday to Friday.

Qualifications: B. App Sci (Physio), Cert of Aquatic Physiotherapy, Past National Chair of the Australian Physiotherapy Association Aquatic group (2014 -2017)
