Kate graduated in 2006 from La Trobe University with Honours and since then has worked extensively in the musculoskeletal field, working in hospitals, private practice clinics and more recently in Occupational Health. Working across many fields has provided a wide spectrum of experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions.
Kate has a passion for ensuring people are able to remain pain free and maintain their desired activity levels through targeted rehabilitation and education. Kate has also taught both mat and reformer Pilates for a number of years and believes that active participation in rehabilitation and injury management are key in restoring full function.

- Dry needling
In her spare time enjoys being active and making the most of the beach lifestyle.
