Alice is a Deakin University Occupational Therapy (honours) graduate from 2016.
Since graduating she have predominantly worked in the area of hand therapy.
Alice started her hand therapy career in the public system at Barwon Health and has recently returned from the UK gaining additional experience in the hand therapy field. Working at one of the largest trauma hospitals in London she treated patients with diverse and highly complex hand/upper limb injuries. Over this time Alice’s passion for working with patients with hand injuries grew. Alice understands the significant impact hand injuries can have on a person’s life, and pride herself on getting the best possible outcomes for patients.
Being a keen sports person herself, Alice has a special interest in the area of sporting injuries, hand trauma-tendon injuries, fractures of the hand and wrist (paediatric and adult), post operative management and Dupuytrens disease.
Alice is a kind, happy and positive nature person, with a passion for improving and expanding her knowledge and experience not only as a registered hand therapist, but as a person.
She also loves travelling, keeping fit, and spending time with family and friends.
