Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Physiotherapy, and has since worked in private practice with experience in spinal, sports and occupational physiotherapy. She has continued her professional development in areas of Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, Strength and Conditioning and Pain Science, and is currently undertaking her postgraduate Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy.
Erin has worked with a number of sporting teams including Women’s AFL/VFL and the Australian Hockey Team. She has specific interests in AFL, hockey, snow sports and Crossfit. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding biomechanics paired with strength and conditioning, and is particularly passionate about finding the source of each individual’s pain and developing a specific plan to enable happier and healthier lives.
